Don’t be afraid…

In today’s recruiting world. We have to be able to pivot when certain markets are dry. Take the tech layoffs for instance. With so many companies doing multiple rounds of layoffs, they are being even more tigt with their budgets. So, getting into these companies as a trusted outside advisor can be even tougher. By pivoting to other industries who are currently in opposite trends, like construction or accounting, we are able to stay relevant and our services are needed more than ever. Don’t be afraid to try a new industry, go outside of your comfort zone, and show that you can adapt. Happy hunting!
